All bookings for events will be confirmed by us in writing or telephone call within 7 days following payment of deposit. To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required. All dates will be held for 7 days while awaiting payment of deposit with the remaining balance to be paid in installments within a minimum of 21 days prior to the event. Cheques should be made payable to Jemmy's Catering Ltd. Alternatively a bank transfer can be made with details provided on request.
Crockery and cutlery can be provided at an additional cost.
If you need to cancel your event booking, the following terms will apply:
- The booking must be cancelled immediately by telephone and then written confirmation must be sent via email
- Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the event date will incur a 50% charge
- Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date will incur a 100% charge.
Jemmy's Catering Ltd operate a free delivery service up to 5 miles from Leigh On Sea Essex. Delivery charges may apply thereafter depending on distance.
